What's The Hammer Beaters?

The hammer beaters are mounted on bars and rotate together with the shafts at high speed. They are used to crush and grind materials that are fed into the hammer mill. The beaters strike the materials, breaking them down into smaller when the shaft rotates.

The beaters are the most important part of the hammer mill since the beater's shape, size, arrangement, and quality have a big impact on the grinding and finished product quality. And they're also the easiest wearing-out since they need to strike the materials in the high-speed running.

Product Description

Substrate meaterial: Q345 (Low alloy high strength structural steel) and the hardness can reach 55HRC through a special treatment. This kind of treatment will prevent the beater's abrasion.

Arms surfacing: Casting high wear-resistant tungsten carbide and achieving the angular hardness to 62HRC. This treatment will expand the lifespan and extend efficiency.

Besides, we can customize the stacking welding form and thickness design of tungsten carbide if the customer needs a higher efficiency and grinds harder materials.

The key process of production is automated by using international advanced multi-station CNC gun drilling technology and vacuum heat treatment technology in 2001 and the company also expanded another new production line in 2012, which makes all process of production automated from drilling, pressure-reducing, chamfering. The company has 21 sets of four-axis CNC gun-drilling machine tools that equipped with large vertical vacuum furnace for quenching. Our fine products with good features, like good wearing resistance,highdegree of finishing,high cost performance.

The productivity of pellet feed by our ring die is up to 40 million tons per year.
