1. Raw Material

We have two kinds of mold steel and one alloy tool steel to choose from and meet customers' different needs. We choose high-strength steel as the raw material and make special treatments to make sure our products have high wear resistance, and high fatigue resistance, and are soft on the outside but hard on the inside. Our flat dies have high impact toughness on the surface and strong fracture resistance in the internal. This kind of treatment expands our flat die's lifespan.

2. Special Design For The Holes

We can customize the hole's type based on the formula, particle size, and some other special needs.

A small angle deep cone is suitable for the formula that multi-fiber easy to block the holes.

A spherical arc is suitable for less starch formula.

A big angle is suitable for less expansion feed.

3. Flat Die's Production

The best raw material with suitable heat treatment makes sure the flat die's quality is confirmed from the beginning.

CNC drilling machine ensures the hole's finish and precision.

The key process of production is automated by using international advanced multi-station CNC gun drilling technology and vacuum heat treatment technology in 2001 and the company also expanded another new production line in 2012, which makes all process of production automated from drilling, pressure-reducing, chamfering. The company has 21 sets of four-axis CNC gun-drilling machine tools that equipped with large vertical vacuum furnace for quenching. Our fine products with good features, like good wearing resistance,highdegree of finishing,high cost performance.

The productivity of pellet feed by our ring die is up to 40 million tons per year.
