1. Small particle formwork (pore diameter 1.5mm) is made of high strength steel, with high impact toughness, strong fracture resistance, and surface hardness that can reach HRC 70. special wear-resistant process achieves the effect of internal toughness and external hard.

2. The conventional form work is made of high wear resistance mold steel, long life operation, surface scraping and cutting resistance.

3. A variety of hole designs: long cone, short cone, ladder, arc, to meet the requirements of different particle expansion.

4. The machining center is used, the mold hole is arranged evenly, the diameter error of the mold hole is small, the mold hole finish is high, and the discharge is smooth.

The company has 21 sets of four-axis CNC gun-drilling machine tools that equipped with large vertical vacuum furnace for quenching. The productivity of pellet feed by our ring die is up to 40 million tons per year.
